  The usage-pace arrow finally tells the truth on weekly windows — its thresholds were absolute %/hour bands calibrated for the 5h session cycle, so a 7-day limit (ideal pace ~0.6%/h) ALWAYS showed a reassuring green ↓ even while you burned quota at twice the sustainable rate. Thresholds are now relative to each window's own ideal pace (↑↑ ≥1.5×, ↑ >1.05×, = around 1×, ↓ below), matching the popup's logic so the page and popup arrows always agree

  The on-page usage panel now refreshes live — the refresh path skipped the panel whenever the percentage hadn't moved, but reset countdowns, the theoretical pace comparison, per-window pace arrows and the ≈message/≈token estimates all drift with TIME, so an open panel froze on whatever it showed first. Every poll now swaps the panel's content in place (keeping hover/pin state) and re-evaluates the chip's arrow

  Auto-Reply is deprecated and gone: claude.ai now ships this capability natively, so UsageMeter's implementation — the composer button and its prompt queue, the <autoreply> tag interceptor, the ToS-risk warning modal, the per-conversation prompt storage and the setup/settings toggles — has been retired in full, in all 34 languages. Stored Auto-Reply data (one entry per conversation) is cleaned up automatically on update, and one less module gets injected into every page
